Courteous and helpful. Dissappointed to have an 8:15 appt for an oil change and inspection that took half a day and then have to call at 12:15 to find the car was ready.

He followed up with us after our visit and always asked if there was anything else needed. We saw the vehicle we ended up purchasing and contacted him and knew that we wanted him to be our Sales person. He is very professional and a wonderful person to work with.
Prior to what I assume to be new ownership I had a not so great experience and I was hesitant to come back. An excellent place to buy a vehicle. Whether new or used stop in and see Lexi. We purchased a lightly used Toyota Venza with an out the door price that was great. Most importantly no stupid car dealer tricks of trying to force you to buy overpriced protection packages like tire protection paint protection etc. straight up deal no stupid dealer tricks.

Jake at South Hills Jaguar was completely awesome to me. Fantastic customer care, so professional and polite. Stopped in without an appointment and they were able to accommodate fluid level check and tire pressure check in addition to tire rotation. Beautiful dealership. Very nice waiting room with video monitoring of my vehicle during service. Car was brought directly in front of service entrance. I don't have enough good things to say about the level of customer care. Jaguar South Hills really does give a whole new meaning to Jaguar's EliteCare service. Great job and thank you.

Not sure if it was a one off situation or this is how they now operate. From the moment we dropped our Jaguar off to have the oil changed they were constantly trying to upsell us on unnecessary things that were not needed which was never an issue before. The Jaguar South Hills experience was exceptional. Dan was very professional and at the same time very attentive to my questions and concerns. He responded to my questions quickly and kept me informed on the progress of the purchase. Keep in mind I purchased my XF just as Washington County was turning from red to yellow during the COVID 19 pandemic. All staff were attentive to requirements for social distancing and creating a safe, healthy experience. A great experience during a tense time.
We made a trip to PA with the intentions to spend our evening car shopping at different dealerships. My fiance and I stopped at Land Rover/Jaguar of South Hills and that was our first and last stop.
